How long do I have to return or exchange my items?

Purchases made on can be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. 

Holiday Returns - Orders placed between October 29, 2021 through December 10, 2021 are eligible for returns and exchanges through January 15, 2022.

What orders are eligible for return online?

All orders placed on can be returned through our online return portal. 

What items are returnable?

If you are not 100% satisfied with an Insect Shield purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Insect Shield’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

What items are non-returnable?

 The following items are non-returnable: 

  • Insect Shield Your Clothes and Easy Packs
  • Custom Items with Embroidery and Logos
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value

What is the cost for returns and exchanges?

A free shipping label will be provided for all exchanges. If you would like to make a return for payment, you will be responsible for the return freight charge. Once your items are inspected by the Insect Shield team, you’ll get your refund typically within 48 hours, net the return freight charge.

How will I receive a shipping label?   

Shipping labels will be provided in the final step of your return or exchange as well as emailed to the address provided in the original purchase.

How can I track my return or exchange? 

The Orders Tracking Page will provide information on the status of your return or exchange. You will additionally receive updates on your return or exchange status via email. When making an exchange, we will send you a new order email and tracking number when the new item is on its way to you.

Can I return an item that I received as a gift?

To start a gift return or exchange, you'll need the order number and original shipping address zip code. All gift returns for payment will be refunded to the original purchaser, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Gift exchanges may be processed and a new address can be entered prior to confirming the exchange. Please note that if a new address is not entered, the exchange will be sent to the original purchaser.

Can I return an item purchased at a retail store?

We do not accept the return of Insect Shield products not purchased at  Those purchases must be returned at the location where the purchase was made and are subject to the individual vendor's return policies.
